2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful materials, necessary approvals, and authorized account or asset permissions. Clients retain ownership and responsibility for their own social media accounts, business assets, products, claims, offers, and published content.
3. Platform Compliance
Clients and Chenchen Media Studio agree to follow applicable platform rules, advertising policies, intellectual property requirements, and laws. We may refuse work that appears unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policies.
4. Content Review and Approval
Unless otherwise agreed, clients should review and approve content, captions, claims, and advertising materials before publication or campaign use. Approval may be provided through email, message confirmation, shared documents, or other agreed workflow.
5. Intellectual Property
Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their licensors. Final deliverables may be used by the client for approved business purposes after payment and acceptance, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for changes to their features, rules, availability, review decisions, account restrictions, or advertising results.
7. No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve content quality and operational consistency, but we do not guarantee views, followers, sales, approval decisions, campaign performance, or account outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chenchen Media Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
